PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food handleable hygienically and suitable for preservation, by dividing the seasoned and cooked cattle meat into small blocks, mixing the blocks with a pasty material and a binder material, packaging the resultant plastic mixture, and rolling the package in the form of a sheet. CONSTITUTION:The material A prepared by crushing cattle meat and/or fish or shellfish meat in small blocks, is mixed with seasoned pasty edible material B. A binder material C is added thereto, and the mixture is mixed at a temperature higher than the fluidization temperature to obtain a plastic mixture. The plastic mixture is packaged with a packaging film, rolled in the form of a sheet, and then cooled without delay to a temperature below the solidification or gelling temperature of the plastic mixture. The crushing is controlled to an extent so as to leave a number of blocks having a size sufficiently large to enable the discernment of the material by sight or by the feeling to the palate. |
