PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing pipe inside from refuse blocking caused by a lint and the like by a method wherein a nozzle is inclined downward for the center line of a mixing pipe, and a refuse reservior part is provided at the outlet side forward lower area of the mixing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 13 is inclined downward for the center line of a mixing pipe 11, and the center line of the mixing pipe 11 in a burner main body 8 is positioned with deviating upward. Thus, a main flowing having a fast gushing out speed is formed at the lower area in the mixing pipe 11. Thereby, the surface temperature dropping of a burning body 9 and the reduction of burning performance due to the CO generation and the like caused by the decreasing of the primary air supply by the refuse blocking in the mixing pipe can be prevented, accordingly, the infrared rays burner having following performance can be obtained, that is, the burner is able to maintain the steady red heating temperature and the perfect burning for long time.
