PURPOSE:To obviate sticking of a transfer material formed by a toner and soft PVC by incorporating a resin obtd. by polymerizing 90-20wt% vinyl monomer in the presence of 10-80wt% specific unsatd. polyester. CONSTITUTION:Unsatd. polyester has the double bonds copolymerizable with a vinyl monomer so as to have 0.5-70, more preferably 1-50 iodine value. The unstad. polyester can be obtd. by bringing an ester formable deriv. such as monobasic acid or the acid anhydride thereof, methyl ester into reaction with polyhydric alcohol or ester formable deriv. The raw material for the unsatd. ester is used in such a way that the carboxyl group/hydroxyl group attains 30/ 70-70/30 (by equiv.), more particularly preferably 33/67-33 (by equiv.). The ratio of the unsatd. polyester (A) and the vinyl monomer (B) is (A)/(B)=10/90- 80/20 (by weight), more particularly preferably 20/80-60/40 (by weight). |
