<p>PURPOSE:To perform rapair and inspection readily, by attaching a sensor driving circuit, a flow-rate detecting sensor and a temperature detecting sensor to a tubular member, in which a flow path is formed, and forming a bypass unit. CONSTITUTION:In a bypass module 60, a tubular member 62, in which a flow path that is to become a bypass 18 is formed, and a circuit housing part 64 are formed as a unitary body. A hot wire element 26 and a temperature compensating element 28 are supported by lead pins 30 and 32, which are fixed by a resin 34 that is embedded in the tubular member 62. A sensor driving circuit 66, which heats the hot wire element 26, is housed in the circuit housing part 64.</p> |
