PURPOSE:To attain a storage device access control system having a throughput adapted to performance by defining X and N as positive integers having no common divisors and accessing each bank of a storage device X N-number of times to access all of N-number of banks diferent from one another. CONSTITUTION:In case of access to unit data 0-15 in a storage device 10, X and N are so defined that they have no common divisors, for example, X=5 and N=8 are defined. In accesses 1-5 (X=5) of addresses 0 and 1, banks 0-7 are accessed in order, and every fifth access is made effective. When N=8 banks are accessed in order X=5 times and every fifth access is made effective, N=8 accesses are made effective. For the purpose of accessing all of N-number of banks different from one another in these N-number of effective accesses, X and Y are set to integers having no common divisors. |
