<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the capability of moderating the transmission of sudden turning force by inserting a buffer between the end portion of a coiled spring and a projecting portion of an output hub so that the coiled spring is engaged with the output hub through the buffer. CONSTITUTION:A buffer is inserted between the end portion 41 of a coiled spring 39 and a projecting portion 36 of an output hub 32 so that the coiled spring 39 is engaged with the output hub 32 through the buffer 42. In this arrangement, a concave groove is not provided on the axis-side friction surface 35 which is the frictional engagement surface of the outer peripheral surface of the coiled spring 39 with the output hub 32. Accordingly, even if the coiled spring 39 is pressed thereto, the coiled spring 39 will not be deformed, so that a smooth slip is caused between the outer peripheral surface of the coiled spring 39 and the axis-side friction surface 15 of the output hub 32 according to reducing displacement of the buffer 42 during transmission of turning force.</p> |
