<p>PURPOSE:To make the adhesion of a lamp to a case body reliable and improve the reliability of products by providing a side injection hole in the trunk section of a case body and a see-through hole at a place opposite to this injection hole. CONSTITUTION:First, a trunk section 21 of a case body 2 is fitted in an end portion 12 of a lamp 1 until its tip 26 touches a bulb 11. Next, a nozzle 8 is inserted into a side injection hole 24, and under this state an adhesive agent 6 is injected from the nozzle 8. Then, the adhesive agent being injected is monitored from a see-through hole 25 opposite to the injection hole 24, and the injection is stopped when the adhesive agent is filled up to the level of the see-through hole 25, and the nozzle 8 is removed from the injection hole 24. Under this state, the adhesion agent 6 is put in a heating pot 9 and warmed, and as the adhesive agent 6 becomes hard, the lamp end 12 is firmly adhered to the case body 2.</p> |
