<p>PURPOSE:To promote the reduction of assembly parts cost and of assembly manhours and improve the strength against vibrations by fixing a filament and a side support on the metallized layer formed on the surface of a lower end shield made of ceramic. CONSTITUTION:A metallized layer 13 is formed on the surface of a lower end shield (made of ceramic) 3' facing toward an upper end shield 2 and on the inside wall surface of a helical filament 1. A center support 4 is fitted through a circular hole 3a of this lower end shield 3' in such a manner that the outer side of the former may contact the inner side of the latter. In the peripheral edge of the lower end shield 3', a circular hole 3b is formed, and the tip of a side support 5 is fitted in this circular hole 3b. The filament 1 and the side support 5 are each fixed to the metallized layer 13. In this way, the cost of assembly parts and the assembly manhours can be reduced and also tha strength against vibrations can be improved.</p> |
