PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic by arranging alternately plural spacers of circular and rectangular form so as to a heat dissipating area thereby improving a heat dissipating efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular spacer 2 of the same shape as an iris plate 3 is connected to a flange 1 in the form that a reference hole and a waveguide part are made coincident and a circular spacer 4 of the same shape as the flange 1 is connected succeedinly to the iris plate 3 so that the reference hole and the waveguide part are made coincident. Then the iris plate 3 and the spacer 2 are connected to the spacer 4 in the order of iris plate 3-spacer 2-iris plate 3-spacer 4-iris plate 3, they are formed into a size based on the calculation and the flange 1 is connected to the spacer 2 finally. Thus, the iris plate 3 is an element to provide a phase difference to an electric field of the two orthogonal components of the electric field inputted in the form of linearly polarized wave and the spacers 2, 4 are set to an interval so that the reflection of the element is decreased. |
