PURPOSE:To bend a molding, etc. to a desired shape by a small-sized device by providing two sets of roll groups for inserting through and holding a material, connecting each roll group to a driving source, and rocking it, in a working device in the rear of a holding device of the material. CONSTITUTION:In a bending device D in the rear of a holding device C, roll groups 14a-14c for holding in the horizontal direction a molding material X' fed to a rise plate 13 from the holding device C are installed, and a gap for inserting through the base material X' of a prescribed cross section shape is formed. This horizontal bending mechanism is attached axially to a base plate 12, and rocked by a rotation driving source 16 by installing a gear 15 to a supporting shaft 11 inserted through a machine base 10. Also, a vertical bending machine consisting of a pair of rolls 20a, 20b is provided in the rear of the rise plate 13. Each roll 20a, 20b is fitted loosely onto the supporting shaft 11, and rocked by other driving source by supporting brackets 22a, 22b. According to this device, each axis can be bent by rocking or turning of one shaft of respective mechanism parts. |
