PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the number of component parts and to provide a smaller device, by a method wherein a shutter plate is slidden to drop a weight, thereby causing the weight to collide with a head part of a punching tool, then a block is moved upward, and the shutter plate is slid in the opposite direction to again hold the weight.
