PURPOSE:To obtain simply and securely a homogeneous and hollow molded article by a method wherein a supporter to support a core block in correspondence with a place to produce bending stress in injecting resin is mounted slidably on a die. CONSTITUTION:The movable block 34 and the retainer plate 36 of the mold 30 are combined with the fixed block 32, the core block 78 composed of fusible material is fixed by the step parts 42, 42 and the step parts 44, 44 to energize the hydraulic cylinder 52 and to displace the rod 60 in the direction of the fixed block 32. As a result, the inclined end parts of the supporting rods 64, 66, 68 on the retainer plate 62 held by the rod 60 abut on the inclined surface of the core block 78. Then, the melted synthetic resin material 80 is injected from the runner 46 into the cavity 40. When the cavity 40 except the supporting rod parts 64, 66, 68 is filled with the melted resin material 80, the cylinder 52 is energized to move the supporting rods 64, 66, 68 back to the inclined surface of the cavity 40. Furthermore, the resin material 80 is injected to fill the cavity 40 completely. |
