PURPOSE:To reduce molding defects such as voids or insufficient material flow by a simple and inexpensive structure that many unevennesses are provided on the cavity surface of a mold having a cavity part insufficient in material charge amount or surface area to give resistance to blank material injecting speed. CONSTITUTION:In a plurality of molds A composing the cavity B, many unevennesses D are provided on the cavity surface B1 of the mold A1 having the cavity part B insufficient in material charge amount or surface area and on all or part of the core metal surface 1a of the core metal 1 to enable the flow-in speed of blank material C to be controlled by the respective unevennesses D. The flow speed of the material on the cavity surface B1 where the material C flows fast or on the core metal 1a surface is restrained to complete the charging of the blank material in the parting surface 2 part and to remove the involved air and gas completely. |
