PURPOSE:To prevent a DC power source voltage from rising by utilizing the counterelectromotive force of a motor as a drive power of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A switch 14 is changed by a command of an instructing circuit 16, and a drive circuit 12 or 13 controls to turn ON or OFF a switch 8 or 9 synchronously by the rectangular waveform of an oscillator 15 such as, for example, by a period of 20kHz in response to it. Thus, a motor 5 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise. On the other hand, it is alternately turned ON and OFF by the output of a flip-flop 25 in a period of 25Hz at switches 21, 23 and 22, 24. Thus, since a capacitor 20 is alternately connected in parallel with capacitors 3, 4, the power stored in the capacitor 3 or 4 by the counterelectromotive force of the motor 5 is carried by the capacitor 20 to the capacitors 4 or 3 and used as part of the power for driving the motor 5. |
