发明名称 PREPARATION OF SYNTHETIC RESIN PRODUCT HAVING REFRACTIVE INDEX DISTRIBUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain synthetic resin product excellent in surface smoothness without having a disordered refractive index distribution by a method wherein the polymer deposited by irradiating gamma rays to the monomer mixture in a container is laminated by the use of gravity and/or inertia sequentially from the inner wall side of the container. CONSTITUTION:The monomer mixture containing at least two kinds of monomers different in refractive index as polymer and monomer reactive ratio as polymer is held in a container and on condition that the energy given to each part of the monomer mixture in the container is substantially uniform except the energy based on gravity and inertia, that is, under the circumstance where heat or light is not emitted from one direction, polymers deposited by irradiating gamma rays are laminated by the use of gravity and/or inertia sequentially from the inner wall side of the container to gelatinize all the monomer mixture. The gelled monomer mixture is heated finally or irradiated by gamma rays to complete polymerization.
