PURPOSE:To simplify a titled device and to reduce the time required for soldering by enabling integral movement of a means for conveying and disposing electrical parts to a soldering position and a laser heating means and performing preliminary heating and normal heating. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum suction part 11 connecting to a vacuum device for attracting a chip part 1 is provided to a conveying member 3 and an optical fiber 23 and a lens 24 are unified to the member 3 so that the laser light 20 outputted from a laser oscillator 21 is irradiated via a lens 22, the fiber 23 and the lens 24 to the part 1. Preliminary heating of the part 1 by the laser light 20 is thus made possible while said part is conveyed and disposed by the member 3, by which soldering is made easy. |
