PURPOSE:To improve productivity and quality by opening a through-hole penetrating from a main cavity surface of the outside, inserting freely movably forward and backward a movable member forming the recessed bottom of the deep cavity part and moving backward said member in the stage of injecting and packing a molten metal. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 2 penetrating from a main cavity surface 1 formed to a movable die A1 toward the transverse direction of the wall of the die A1 to the outside is opened. A movable member 4 forming the recessed bottom of a deep cavity part 3 is inserted freely movably forward and backward into the hole 2 and the deep cavity part 3 is formed by detaining the member 4 in the retreat position. |
