PURPOSE:To detect easily a high impedance state by connecting p-ch and n-ch transistors to an output terminal of a buffer part and exchanging each gate input with the input of said buffer part. CONSTITUTION:A p-ch transistor TR11 and an n-ch TR12 form a buffer, and a p-ch TR13 and an n-ch TR14 are connected in parallel to the TRs 11 and 12 respectively. The input of the TR12 is supplied to the gate of the TR13, and the input of the TR11 is supplied to the gate of the TR14. Thus an output 15 shows an intermediate potential when the buffer has a high impedance. Therefore a high impedance state can be easily detected by measuring the terminal potential from outside.
