PURPOSE:To reduce variance of picture quality by forming an antistatic film on the surface of a highly insulating casing facing the main surface of a photosensitive body in the peripheral part of the photosensitive body to suppress variance of the potential of the main surface of the photosensitive body during a copying process. CONSTITUTION:A charging corona discharger 2, a halogen lamp 3 for exposure 3 and a short focus focusing array 4 are arranged near the circumferential face of a photosensitive drum 1, and an antistatic film 11 is formed in a part 10 of the casing which exists between the array 4 and a succeeding developing machine 5. A transfer corona dischrger 6 and a color discharger 7 for peeling a recording paper are arranged, and an antistatic film 11a is formed on the inside face of a part 10a of the cading which exists between the discharger 7 and a succeeding cleaning blade 8. Thus, the surface potential of the photosensitive drum 1 is stabilized by the simple method to generate copies of less variance of picture quality. |
