<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device capable of performing a large rolling reduction and a highly accurate one in combination, by constituting the device, wherein a piston, which strokes in the same stroking direction as that of a cylinder ram, is provided to the inside of said ram for controlling separately the ram and the piston, and a roll chock is supported by the front ends of them. CONSTITUTION:In a hydraulic rolling-reduction device of rolling mill, which is constituted so as to support the roll chock of mill (not shown in the figure) by the front ends of a stroking cylinder ram 2, provided to the inside of a cylinder tube 3, and a piston 1 which strokes in the same stroking direction as that of the ram 2 and is provided to the inside of ram 2; the cylinder ram 2 performs a control of large rolling-reduction by opening and closing a main valve 5 provided with the 2nd servovalve 4 which functions as a pilot valve, on the other hand, the piston 1 performs said control in high response by the 1st servovalve 4 of a small flow-rate servosystem. By said constitution, a cross rolling excellent in slab yield is efficiently performed by a single set of the device by performing the large rolling reduction of cylinder ram 2 and the highly accurate rolling reduction of piston 1 in combination.</p> |
