PURPOSE:To always apply a stable bias voltage to a developing roll by bend- raising and forming a contact piece which contacts to the end face of the developing roll, on a part of a bias plate. CONSTITUTION:A larger diameter hole 4a and a small diameter hole 4b are pierced on a bias plate 4, respectively, the large diameter hole 4a side is fitted and inserted into the outside circumferential part of a bearing 3, a lead wire 5 is connected to the small diameter 4b side, and also a contact piece 4c is bend- raised and formed on the outside circumferential part of the large diameter hole 4a side. Also, both sides of the contact piece 4c are further bend-raised at an obtuse angle, and the corner part of this bend-raised art 4e contacts to the end face of a developing roll 2. As a result, a bias voltage is applied to the developing roll 2 by two channels of a contact part A of the bias plate 4 and the bearing 3, and the contact piece 4c, therefore, the bias voltage can always be applied stably to the developing roll. |
