摘要 PURPOSE:To produce an Mo material which has a high recrystallization temp. and excellent tensile strength after high-temp. heating and hardly embrittles by working an Mo sintered body contg. a specific amt. of Co to a wire, etc. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. of Ca(NO3)2 is added to lower oxide of Mo obtd. by decomposition of ammonium paramolybdate at 0.05-0.3% in terms of CaO. After the mixture thereof is dried, the mixture is heated and reduced in gaseous hydrogen flow to produce Mo powder contg. 0.02-0.2% Ca. The powder is loaded into dies and is pressed and molded by a hydraulic press, etc. The molding is preliminarily sintered for about 30min at 1,100 deg.C in the gaseous hydrogen flow and is thereafter subjected to regular sintering for 1-3hr at >=1,700 deg.C. The sintered body is worked to a wire or bar shape by swaging, drawing, etc. or a plate shape by hammering. The Mo material which has the high recrystallization temp. and excellent strength after high-temp. heating and is suitable as a material for a bulb tube tube such as an electronic tube is obtd.
