Device for automatic computer-based centralisation of the maintenance of mobile plant. The invention relates to an automatic device permitting: - prevention of breakdowns, by the detection of the start of an anomaly in an element, the precise instructions for the driver and the monitoring of their application. - the programming and the operations of servicing, with automatic pick-up of parameters (km, hours). This device is constituted by detection probes S1, S2, S3, Sn and 2, of a programmable automatic unit 3 which recovers and stores the anomaly and the servicing parameters, by a mimic diagram 4 which warns the driver, by a UHF "transmitter-receiver (transceiver)" transmission 5, 6 for automatic transmission of the information and directives; the whole assembly being associated with a computer for processing this information. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for businesses having a fleet of plant available, in order to automatically provide for their maintenance in a reliable and systematic way. <IMAGE>
