PURPOSE:To take out a multi-phase fluid while simply and accurately dividing the same, by connecting the emitting pipe of a pump and a return pipe through a three-way valve and changing over the fluid in a container recirculated and mixed through the return pipe to a metering emitting pipe to take out the same. CONSTITUTION:In a fluid dividing and taking-out apparatus wherein the pump 4 provided to the bottom part in a cylindrical container 1 is operated by the drive power 12 provided to the upper part of the lid 2 of the container 1 through the drive shaft 5 piercing through the cylinder 6 and the multi-phase fluid 3 received in the container 1 is emitted to a metering container (not shown by the drawing) from an emitting port 11a through an emitting pipe 7, a three-way valve 10 and a metering emitting pipe 11, a return pipe 8 is connected to the above-mentioned three-way valve 10 to enable the fluid 3 to return to the container 1. After the opening degree of the above-mentioned three-way valve 10 is adjusted and the multi-phase fluid 3 is recirculated, mixed and uniformized in a return state, said valve 10 is changed over to the emitting side to take out said fluid and, if necessary, said valve 10 is brought to a half-open state to limit the take-out amount of the fluid 3 and accurate metering is enabled.
