PURPOSE:To make it possible to receive a load in a soft condition, by fitting a main shaft into an eccentric shaft hole which is formed in an auxiliary shaft and in which a roller is rotatably disposed, through the intermediary of a means for limiting the deflexing rotating angle of the shaft, and as well by resiliently urging the auxiliary shaft in one direction. CONSTITUTION:A pallette which is set on a rotary bed 7 is pushed in one rotating direction to rotate the pallette and an upper ring 74 as in one unit. At this time, if a large load is exerted to the upper ring 74, an auxiliary shaft 3 rotates so that a bent piece 42 in one end section of a spring 4 is pressed toward a second contact surface in a notch section 24 formed in a main shaft 2. With this arrangement, the auxiliary shaft 3 rotates with respect to the main shaft 2 taking an eccentric position 31 so that the rotational center of a roller 5 absorbs the large load. With this arrangement, a load may be received in a soft condition. |
