PURPOSE:To prevent loosening of a stepped bolt by allowing the annular convex of the stepped bolt to bite onto a rack base. CONSTITUTION:A stepped bolt 12 made of metal is constituted of a large-diameter part 12 interposed into the insertion hole of a vibrationproof tool and a small-diameter part 13 equipped with a screw 14 which is screwed onto a rack base 17 having a little low hardness by the stepped bolt 12. An annular concaved part 15 is formed onto the undersurface of the large-diameter part 12, and further an annular convex 16 is formed, and the stepped bolt 12 is inserted into the insertion hole of the vibrationproof tool and then strongly screwed, so that the convex 16 bitges onto the rach base 17, and plastic deformation is formed.
