PURPOSE:The titled composition useful in a field of exterior automotive trim, having improved adhesivity of urethane coating compound, obtained by blending specific components such as a rubber-like polymer, an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, etc. in a specified blending ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-40wt% rubber-like polymer (e.g., polybutadiene, etc.) is blended with (B) 35-90wt% aromatic vinyl compound (preferably styrene, etc.), (C) 3-45wt% vinyl cyanide compound (e.g., acrylonitrile, etc.), (D) 0.1-10wt% one or more of a compound (preferably dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, etc.) shown by the formula I (R is H, or CH3; R1 and R2 are 1-8C alkyl; X is 1-4C alkylene) and a compound [preferably beta-hydroxypropyl(meth)acrylate, etc.] shown by the formula II (R3 is 1-6C hydroxy alkyl), and (E) 0-50wt% another vinyl compound (e.g., methyl methacrylate, etc.), to give the desired composition.
