PURPOSE:To process a viscous stock material in a state divided into a proper size with good workability, by a simple structure constituted so that a cutter wheel comprising a plurality of oblique discs is used and the lump of the viscous stock material supplied by a belt conveyor is cut and shaped by said cutter wheel. CONSTITUTION:In a stock material supply apparatus equipped with a cutter wheel 1 comprising a plurality of oblique discs each having a cutting edge provided to the periphery thereof, a kneaded viscous stock material is collectively charged onto a steel belt 2 and an upper surface cover 6 is closed. Subsequently, the cutter wheel 1 is always rotated by a drive motor 5 and the steel belt 2 is driven to send the charged stock material to the cutter wheel 1 where said stock material is thinly and continuously cut alternately right and left. Next, when the steel belt 2 is temporarily stopped, the cut stock material is separated from the lump of the charged stock material 7, and rounded and shaped by rotary action reversed between discs and the steel belt 2 is further driven to discharge the shaped stock material onto a conveyor 4 so as to send out the same to a molding machine. |
