PURPOSE:To form easily a waterproof and moistureproof applied film and to prevent the malfunction of a pressure detecting device from generating by a method wherein a sealing material made of fabric is pinchingly attached between the pessure sensor and the printed substrate, they are dipped in a waterproofing paint and are applied with the waterproofing paint, and the waterproof applied film is formed. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 36 formed of a foam made of synthetic resin (for example, urethane and polyethylene) or an unwoven fabric and a felted fabric is pinchingly attached between a pressure sensor main body 25' and a printed substrate 32', and both are fixed by screws and so forth. The phototransistor (light-receiving element) 29' and so forth of the pressure sensor main body 25' are built in this sealing material 36 and the sealing material 36 is pinchingly attached in such a way as to seal parts, from where the malfunction of this pressure detecting device may result when a waterproofing paint intrudes in the parts. In a condition that the sealing material 36 has been pinchingly attached by a compression between the pressure sensor main body 25' and the printed substrate 32', both are fixed and circuit parts 33' and 34' are sldered. After that, they are dipped in a waterproofing paint to a constant depth and are applied with the waterproofing paint, the waterproofing paint is solidified by a drying stove, and a waterproof applied film 35' is formed. |
