PURPOSE:To achieve a hot water supply mode operation without impairing the cooling and heating mode operations by additionally incorporating a hot water supply control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A controlling circuit has a hot water supply control circuit which is additionally incorporated. The control circuit has an auxiliary relay 16, an electromagnetic contactor 17 for hot water circulation pump, an auxiliary relay 18, a three-way valve 19, a hot water supply switch 20 and a hot water supply thermostat 21. The auxiliary relay 16 is connected to a contact point 14 of a temperature controller in series. The hot water supply control circuit, an auxiliary relay for detecting a heating mode operation and the temperature controller which determines whether or not an air conditioning operation is required are interlocked. When both the air conditioning operation and heating operation are required during a cooling mode operation, a control is made so that the hot water supply and circulatin pump may be operated, and when the air conditioning operation is not required but the hot water supply operation is required during a heating mode operation, a control is made so that the hot water supply and circulation pump may be operated. In this manner, three functions of cooling, heatig and hot water supply can be achieved by a single refrigerating cycle without imparing mutual functions.
