PURPOSE:To prevent contact heat resistivity due to corrosion from increasing by filling a mutual very small gap between an insertion part of each of fins and an external circumferential wall surface of a heat transfer tube, by bonding mutually the insertion part and the wall surface by making use of an adhesive agent which is favorable in thermal conductivity and is wealthy in corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneouly with an insertion of a sheet of a fin 2 on an end of a heat tranfer tube 1 of a fin group insertion type heat exchanger, uncured paint 7 of a corrosionproof adhesive agent, whose thermal conductivity is favorable, is applied by a predetermined quantity to a part closer to the fin 2 inserted temporarily than a position where the fin is fixed. Then the fin 2 is made to slide in the direction of an arrow and fixed by making the fin 2 move to a position where the fin 2 is to be fixed. The paint intrudes into a space between a burring part and an external circumferential wall surface through wedge effect based on a slide of the fin 2, a very small quantity of which is left behind on the wall surface, coated over the external circumference of the heat transfer tube in a thin film and a corrosionproof thin film 5 is formed. In this instance, a very small gap between the burring part and the external circumferential wall surface is filled completely. Then the adhesive agent is made to cure. As for the adhesive agent, an epoxy adhesive agent to be obtaned by mixing dust-size particles of metals such as aluminum, copper, silver and beryllia or oxidized metals of them is preferable. With this construction, fin efficiency is improved and corrosion resistance becomes favorable, through which slackness based on external force does not occur. As the adhesiveness is of a low-temperature adhesiveness this is adoptable to a heat pipe also. |
