CONSTITUTION:The mount table 3 of a test piece (workpiece) B is equipped with a slide part 3b slid to an X'-X axis direction on a base table 1 through a handle 3a, a slide part 3d slid to a Y'-Y axis direction through a handle 3c and a revolving part 3g revolved to a theta'-theta direction on a circular arc guide 3e through a handle 3f while a movable stand 6 for supporting a driver D is equipped with an extension and contraction stand 6b, which receives positional adjustment in an up-and-down direction along a Z'-Z axis direction on the slide 8 and can extend and contract in the X'-X axis direction, and a revolving part 6c revolved to a phi'-phi direction and the holder part 6d of the movable stand 6 has a floating mechanism G for freely swinging the driver D for revolving a male screw A. |
