PURPOSE:To provide a water or bath water filtering and activation apparatus capable of simply perform the purification and activation of living water and especially enabling the long-term recirculation use of bath water, constituted by integrally providing an activation tank having a specific shape to the central part of a filter tank having a filter provided to the inner periphery thereof so as to be capable of passing water between both tanks. CONSTITUTION:A filter 7 is provided between a tank outer wall 1 having a large number of water passing drilled apertures and a filter guide 6 and columnar magnet bars 8 made of Ni holding magnets 8' are provided at equal angular intervals to vertically support the guide 6 while imparts magnetic fields to an activation tank. To the central part of thus formed filter tank, the activation tank comprising a column, wherein the interior surrounded by horizontal upper wall 12 and lower wall having a large number of water passing drilled apertures and a non-perforated vertical peripheral wall 9 is packed with water activating particles, is integrally provided. The top part of the wall 9 is vertically extended and protruded to form a top tray along with the wall 12 and the protruded wall has a large number of water inflow ports 10. Water to be treated is flowed into the filter tank from an inflow port 16 and the filtered water is flowed into the tank B and activated while the treated water is discharged from a discharge port 17 by a pump.
