PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition useful for bottom coating of petroleum tank, etc., having improved workability, by blending a specific unsaturated epoxy resin with an unsaturated dibasic acid aonoalkyl ester and a copper-containing compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) An unsaturated epoxy resin obtained by reacting an epoxy compound containing two or more epoxy groups with an unsaturated monobasic acid in the presence or absence of a dibasic acid or an oligo dibasic acid obtained by esterifying it with a polyhydric alcohol in such a way that preferably 1.0 equivalent epoxy group of the epoxy compound is reacted with 0.1-1.0 equivalent carboxyl group of the unsaturated monobasic acid, the dibasic acid, or the oligo dibasic acid, and, of necessary, adding a polymerizable vinyl monomer and an organic solvent to the reaction product is blended with (B) an unsaturated dibasic acid monoalkyl ester, and (C) a copper-containing compound, to give the desired composition.
