PURPOSE:The titled solution effective for excess acid in the stomach, being administered easily, keeping stable suspension state easily, showing improved redispersion state even if it is stored for a long period, obtained by adding a suspension and an amino acid to an antacid. CONSTITUTION:An antacid is blended with a suspension and an amino acid, to obtain an internal solution containing stable antacid. Magnesium aluminate silicate, synthetic hydrotalcite, etc. having 0.01-20mu, preferably 0.01-10mu particle diameter are used as the antacid. 0.005-5w/v% CMC-Na, etc. is used as the suspension. 0.005-5w/v% alanine, alginine, glycine, etc. may be used as the amino acid. Since the antacid is suspended in a fine particle state, this solution shows antacid effect more rapidly than solid pharmaceutical preparation, has higher covering effect on stomach mucosa, and it is a drug more useful than solid pharmaceutical preparation. This solution is stable to long-period preservation, shows improved redispersion properties and is useful as a drug.
