PURPOSE:To enhance mixing control characteristics of both liquids to a large extent, in preparing a liquid with a predetermined concn. by mixing liquids having different concns., by enhancing response to the change in the load flow amounts of both liquids and automatically correcting the gain of a control system following the change in said load flow amounts. CONSTITUTION:In preparing a liquid C with a predetermined concn. by mixing liquids A, B having different concns., the load flow amount of a liquid C is calculated from the flow amounts obtained from flow amount transmitters 1, 3 provided to pipes 2, 5 by a load flow amount estimation operator 21 while concn. difference of both liquids is calculated from the outputs of concn. transmitters 7, 8 by a concn. difference operator 22. From both values, a gain correction amount is calculated by a gain correction amount operator 23 and signals are outputted from a gain correcting concn. control part 24 and a feed forward control part 25. The flow amount regulation valve 4 provided to the pipe 5 of the fluid B is regulated on the basis of said signals by a flow amount control part 14 to properly control the flow amount of the liquid B so as to obtain a predetermined concn.
