PURPOSE:To exhibit stable cooling/warming capacity during travel irrespective of the advancing direction by providing a movable louver for varying the position with correspondence to the advancing direction at the outer air blow-out port. CONSTITUTION:Outer air fed through an outer air fan 6 under cooling is taken through an outer air intake port 3 to cool an outdoor heat exchanger 7 and discharged through an outer air blow-out port 9. When the car is travelling in the direction C, travel wind (h) is produced in reverse direction from the advancing direction to incline the movable louver 10 in reverse direction from the advancing direction through dynamic pressure of travel wind and the deflected wind will bring the vicinity of movable louver 10 at said blow-out port 9 to negative pressure. Consequently, in order to assist discharge (g) at said blow-out port 9, the amount of exhaust will increase to improve the heat exchange efficiency thus to improve the cooling capacity of car. Upon reversal of advancing direction, the movable louver 10 is inclined automatically in reverse direction from advancing direction by the travel wind pressure, thereby manual changeover is not required. |
