INDICATION OF CONTENTS OF ABNORMALITY IN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To promptly indicate abnormality on injection molding over a large number of abnormality items by a method wherein the contents of an abnormality on injection molding are indicated by register indicators and at the same time said contents of abnormality are indicated in a large number of items by symbolic representation. CONSTITUTION:When values to bet set are set on a key-board 4 and the like, a CPU15 reads the information through an interface 14 in order to store in the specified location of a memory 16 and at the same time indicates the values through the interface 14 on a register indicator 5 and the like. Signals representing the operating state are sent from an injection molding machine (not shown) to a control device 11. The control device 11 compares said signals with the signals, which represent the normal operating conditions and have been inputted in the device 11 in advance. If the result of comparison shows the development of abnormality, the device 11 transmits an abnormality instruction to a setting device and an indicating device and indicates the contents of the abnormality on the register indicator 5 and at the same time promptly indicates said contents in respective items such as an injection pressure and the like.
