PURPOSE:To reduce the required number of pallets and arranging space by constructing such that the pallet carried out from the corner station at the end or intermediate position of C-shaped conveyor line is idled until a carry-out confirmation signal is received from next stage. CONSTITUTION:An empty jig pallet 3 removed of work W at the end corner station 61 is carred out to the idle station 16 and upon reception of a carry-out confirmation signal from next stage corner station 62, the jig pallet 3 is carried through conveyor 17 to the corner station 62 and set at predetermined position on said station 62. Similarly, at the corner station 62, it is carried through an idle station 16 to the corner station 63 then to the corner station 64. With such arrangement, required number of pallets and arranging space can be reduced. |
