PURPOSE:To prevent spreading of a tunnel and to improve the strength of a seat belt mounting part, by a method wherein a sub-reinforce, through which the opposite end parts of a main reinforce are short-circuited. CONSTITUTION:The opposite end parts of a sub-reinforce 4 are firmly secured in a position in the vicinity of the opposite end parts of a main reinforce through bolts 5. When the opposite end parts each of a tunnel part 1a and the main reinforce 2 are going to be laterally moved by dint of an external force exerted on seat belt anchors (a) and (b), a tensile load is applied on the sub-reinforce 4. This prevents collapse and deformation of the tunnel 1a and the main reinforcement 2. |
