PURPOSE:To simplify a device, by a method wherein, by the use of a clutch and a palnetary gear, brush driving motion and brush elevating motion are effected through the one and same driving source. CONSTITUTION:The rotating power of a motor 10 is transferred to a brush 5 through a planetary gear reduction gear 11, a sprocket 12, a chain 13, and a sprocket 20. An output power from the reduction gear 11 is transferred to an elevating arm 4 through a clutch 14, and a planetray reduction gear 15. By bringing the clutch 14 into an OFF-state for washing, the elevating arm 4 is lowered under gravity, the brush 5 is brought to a washing position, and simultaneously, with the motor 10 brought to an ON-state, the brush 5 is rotated to effect washing operation. After washing is completed, with the clutch 14 brought to an ON-state, the elevating arm 4 is raised in a condition that the brush 5 is rotated. After raising of the brush 5 is completed, the motor 10 is brought to an OFF-state. |
