PURPOSE:To automate such that a work is mounted through a baseboard to project the end section onto the board stoppable intermittently then the baseboard is rotated to the removing tool side thereafter the projected section of work is held by the removing tool and the removing tool is rotated to be removed from the baseboard. CONSTITUTION:Baseboards 2, 2' are provided on a board 1 rotatable in the arrow direction then works 3, 3' are mounted on the baseboards 2, 2' to be worked through working machine 4 thereafter the end sections 3'', 3''' of works 3, 3' projecting from the baseboards 2, 2' are positioned on a removing tool 8 and held by upper and lower boards 6, 7. Then the removing tool 8 is rotated in the arrow direction 9 to remove the work from the baseboard 2 thus to separate the upper and lower boards 6, 7 and to release holding. A sucking disc can be used in place of holding system. With such arrangement, automatic removal can be achieved. |
