PURPOSE:To select and extract a prescribed field's share or frame's share of signal from a TV picture signal by separating a vertical synchronizing signal of the TV picture signal and obtaining an extracted period signal from the vertical synchronizing signal and an extraction command signal. CONSTITUTION:The extraction command signal commanding how many field's share of the TV picture signal is extracted is inputted to an FF11. An output from the FF circuit 11 is fed to a gate circuit 12, where the extracted command signal and the vertical synchronizing signal Vsync from a synchronizing separator circuit 14 are ANDed. The output of the gate circuit 12 is given to an FF circuit 13, from which the extracted period signal G is outputted. The TV picture signal of signal wave in which a prescribed field's share or frame's share is selected is obtained at the output side by ANDing the extracted period signal G and the TV picture signal. |
