PURPOSE:To obtain the titled amorphous magnetic alloy tape which can be manufactured easily, shows small coercive force (Hc) and reduces eddy current loss as a high frequency magnetic core by forming many fine holes to such amorphous magnetic alloy tape. CONSTITUTION:It would be better to form through holes in such numbers ranging from 1-100 with diameter of 5-500mum per 1cm<2> of tape surface in order to make small the coercive force (Hc) and eddy current loss. In manufacture of such amorphous magnetic alloy tape by the single and double roll method of tape, it can be obtained easily by intentionally increasing a number of rotations of roll so that supply of melted material lacks for obtaining the tape having smooth surface when such melted material is hardened at the roll surface. For example, in the roll method, a nozzle 2 providing a heating coil 3 at the circumference thereof is provided on the cooling roll 1 which rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow mark and the melted material 4 is injected onto the cooling roll 1 through the nozzle 2. Thereby the amorphous magnetic alloy tape 5 can be manufactured directly from the melted material 4 by hardening the melted material 4 into the form of a tape. |
