摘要 A semiconductor switch for switching an alternating voltage having relatively high voltage amplitudes (+ 80 or more volts) contains in a series circuit two bipolar transistors (T1, T2) of the same doping sequence, which are connected together with their emitters. The series circuit of the collector-emitter paths of the two transistors forms the switching path. In parallel with the collector-emitter path of the transistor T2 at the base point end, a base-point diode D1 is connected with the same current flow polarisation as that of the base-emitter diodes of the switch transistors T1 and T2. The control electrodes B of the switch transistors T1 and T2 are connected to the output 8 of a switchable, kick-back-free direct-current source 6. In the blocked state, one of the transistors is in each case always loaded by the halfwave present in the non-inverse state allowing a high voltage to be blocked. <IMAGE>
