PURPOSE:To make sure the flickering of discharge at a time when a plurality of discharge paths are discharged, and to stabilize discharge on pulse oscillation particularly by connecting a constant-voltage element with a voltage supply source between a high withstanding voltage vacuum tube and a collector in a transistor for adjusting currents and grounding one terminals of each of them. CONSTITUTION:A constant-voltage element 11 and a voltage supply source 12 are connected between a cathode for a high withstanding voltage vacuum tube 8 in a constant-current adjusting circuit 7 and a collector in a transistor 9 for adjusting currents and one terminals of them are grounded, the constant-voltage element 11 is supplied with constant voltage from the voltage supply source 12, the grid potential of the high withstanding voltage vacuum tube 8 fitted to each discharge path is increased on the negative side, and anode potential before starting discharging is kept high. Accordingly, since discharge and non-discharge are repeated particularly on pulse oscillation, the state on non-load is made sure while one terminal of the constant-voltage element 11 is grounded and a circuit separate from a base signal circuit 10A for the transistor 9 for adjusting currents is constituted, thus separating noises due to leakage currents intruding through the constant-voltage element 11 from the base signal circuit 10A. |
