A transport track arranged downstream of an extruding press for manipulation of extruded profiles includes a bed of conveying rollers which is positioned adjacent to the collecting table, is connected to the latter via a belt lifting device and finally leads to a transverse converter. In order to be able to cut the extruded profiles to a specific length on the one hand and to be able to feed them to processing stations arranged downstream, for example for washing, blasting and drying, on the other hand, without special intermediate transport stages with special transport means being necessary for this purpose, a profile saw with a reception table arranged downstream of it and a built-in longitudinal conveyor is connected to the bed of conveying rollers at the same longitudinal level. After the reception table, the said longitudinal conveyor passes through a washing installation, a blasting installation following the washing installation and a drying chamber connected to the blasting installation.
