PURPOSE:To attain an inverting operation at high speed by inserting respectively a Schottky barrier diode in series with a couple of wires where the input side and the output side of a couple of logical circuits are connected in a crossing state to interrupt the effect of a load. CONSTITUTION:The output side Q1 (Q2) and the input side a2 (a1) are connected mutually in a crossing state through wires k, k and the Schottky barrier diodes D1, D2. Since the drive from the output Q1 (Q2) to the input a2 (a1) depends only on the Schottky barrier diode, the drive margin is large enough to attain the switching operation of the inversion surely, and since the drive force is large, generation of malfunction due to the temperature change of a base-emitter voltage of a transistor is suppressed surely. since the Schottky barrier diode has a rectifying characteristic further, the input side is isolated electrically from the load thereby avoiding the effect of load. |
