Two parallel tubes (32, 34) are enclosed by a one-piece, circumferentially closed, thin-walled sleeve (20), the opposite end portions (24) of which are adapted to the contour of the tubes (32, 34) and the connection portions (26) of which exhibit holes (28, 28) for the passage of a clamping screw (30). Before the clamping screw is tightened, the tubes (32, 34) can be adjusted in an infinite manner with respect to each other. By tightening the clamping screw, the connection portions (26, 26) are deformed and fixedly clamp the tubes (32, 34) so that they cannot be displaced. <IMAGE>
