DEVICE FOR VECTOR ARITHMETIC PROCESSOR WITH MASK

PURPOSE:To perform plural conditional vector commands of the same conditions in parallel by providing a read out address counter and selector relative to respective plural vector mask registors. CONSTITUTION:Each vector mask registor (VMR)10 and 60 provided with four read out address counters 41-44 and 91-94 and signal lines 410-440 and 910- 940 corresponding to said counters. Values of a vector mask VM1 (1-N) formed by a pipe line computer 6 is processed in parallel to become optimum respectively because of read address counters 43-44 of the independent VMR10 and read out ports 430-440. Processing which used to need about (4n+2) cycle in the past can be done by about (n+5) cycle, thereby shortening by about (3n- 3) cycle.
